This notice explains how Render Loop Labs Ltd ("we" or "us") handles personal information when you visit renderlooplabs.com or email us. Each of our apps will have its own privacy notice, published alongside it.

Render Loop Labs Ltd is the data controller for the information described here. We are registered in England and Wales with company number 17497074, and our registered office is 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ.

Visiting this website

This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking of any kind. It has no forms or accounts, and it does not ask you for any personal information. Fonts and images are served from this site, not from third parties.

The site is hosted on GitHub Pages, a service run by GitHub, Inc. To deliver the site and keep it secure, GitHub's servers process technical information such as your IP address, and may keep it in server logs for a short time. We do not receive or see this information. GitHub may process it outside the UK, under the safeguards described in GitHub's privacy statement.

When you email us

If you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and anything you choose to write in your message.

• What we use it for: to read and reply to your message, and to keep a record of our correspondence.
• Lawful basis: our legitimate interests in responding to people who contact us and in running our business.
• Who can see it: only us, and the company that provides our email service, which stores messages on our behalf. We do not sell your information or share it for marketing.
• How long we keep it: only as long as we need to deal with your message and keep sensible business records. After that, we delete it.

Please don't include health information or other sensitive details in an email unless we need them to answer your question.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:

• ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• ask us to correct information that is wrong or incomplete
• ask us to delete your information
• object to, or ask us to restrict, how we use it

To make a request, email hello@renderlooplabs.com. We will reply within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please tell us first so we can try to put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK's data protection regulator, at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

Changes to this notice

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
